This secret soup is made by combining a rich beef broth made from domestic beef sinew, beef bones, and fragrant vegetables with the special soy sauce produced by Daisho Co., the only soy sauce brewer in Osaka since its establishment 200 years ago. The fragrant aroma of soybeans fills the mouth and goes perfectly with the sweetness of fresh vegetables and beef motsu.
